Vacancy: Telesales Agent

Type: Remote

Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM CT

We are looking for Telesales Agents with experience in telephone sales or call centers. The role consists of contacting only warm leads (past, current, and prospective customers). Cold calls are minimal. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with sales skills and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Make between 8 and 10 daily calls to warm leads.

  • Present services in a professional and persuasive manner.

  • Maintain accurate records and coordinate follow-ups.

  • Provide solid customer service and build rapport.

  • Participate in training and role plays during onboarding.

Requirements

  • Between 6 months and 1 year of experience in telesales, call centers, or customer service.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time well.

  • Comfortable working in dynamic, goal-oriented environments.
