We are seeking an experienced project manager to manage key client projects. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders and project teams, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
Deliverables and Targets
Project Coordination
Lead end-to-end management of creative projects, particularly video and photography productions.
Create and maintain detailed production schedules, timelines, and checklists.
Coordinate internal creative teams (cinematographers, editors, designers, writers) and external collaborators.
Client Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage client expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure all deliverables meet
agreed standards.
Facilitate clear and timely feedback exchanges between clients and creative teams.
Budget & Resource Management
Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring alignment with scope and profitability.
Manage allocation of resources, including crew, equipment, and studio space.
Logistics & Planning
Book shoot locations, talent, equipment, and coordinate logistics for all stages of
production.
Handle production documentation, including contracts, permits, and releases.
Troubleshoot challenges on-site or during the production process to maintain workflow continuity.
Post-Production Oversight
Monitor post-production timelines and coordinate editing, feedback, and revisions.
Review project outputs for quality assurance before client delivery.
Manage final delivery processes, including file uploads, format specs, and archiving.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management, ideally within media, film, or creative production.
Solid understanding of video production workflows and creative development.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Collaborative and client-focused, with a proactive and positive attitude.
