Description
The Content & Social Media Specialist will own the end-to-end execution of our social media presence - from strategy and content creation to community management and performance reporting. You will work closely with Marketing and Design teams to ensure our brands show up consistently, creatively and authentically across platforms.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital content creation, ideally within FMCG or lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and X algorithms
- Confident using mobile editing tools such as CapCut
- Experience with Google Workspace - Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drive
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and brainstorming
- Demonstrable portfolio of accounts managed or content created

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a structured social media calendar aligned with brand and marketing objectives
- Identify trends early and translate them into relevant, brand-aligned content
- Script, film and edit short-form video content - Reels, TikToks, Shorts and digital ads
- Create engaging lifestyle photography and behind-the-scenes brand content
- Write sharp, engaging and on-brand captions and digital copy
- Manage community engagement - responding to comments and messages with professionalism and authenticity
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports using Google Workspace
- Use AI tools for copy ideation, trend analysis and content efficiency
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Innovation teams on product launches and campaigns
