Requirements

  • An Honours Bachelor's Degree (Second Class Upper or above) in Marketing, Business Administration (Marketing Option), Public Relations, Communications, or a related field from a recognized institution.

  • A postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field will be an added advantage.

  • Applicants should possess a minimum of five (3) consecutive years of relevant working experience in Marketing, Business Development, Communications, or student recruitment, three (1) of which should have been at a senior or supervisory level in a reputable organization.

  • Experience in an educational institution will be an added advantage.

  • Age: 25 – 45 years

Responsibilities
  • 1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and student recruitment strategies.

  • 2. Promote the Institute's academic programmes through digital and traditional marketing channels.

  • 3. Manage and strengthen the Institute's brand identity and public image.

  • 4. Coordinate advertising campaigns, exhibitions, career guidance activities, and education fairs.

  • 5. Develop and manage the Institute's social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing campaigns.

  • 6. Design and produce promotional materials including brochures, flyers, banners, newsletters, and multimedia content.

  • 7. Establish and maintain partnerships with secondary schools, healthcare institutions, community organizations, and other stakeholders.

  • 8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improved market positioning.
