Education
Bachelors or master’s in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
MBA or a Post graduate Degree or Diploma or Professional qualification in a business-related discipline is an added advantage
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital communications or marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in managing media platforms and content creation.
- Experience in Fintech, banking, or Mobile Money is preferred
- Experience working in a global/multinational enterprise with a good understanding of emerging markets is preferred.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute communication strategies:
Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and engage with our target audience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest communication trends and technologies to enhance our digital presence and increase engagement.
Manage digital channels:
Oversee the company's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.
Develop content for social media, email marketing, and other digital channels that align with our brand and messaging guidelines.
Monitor and analyze social media and website analytics to track engagement, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of our digital campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
Work closely with Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.
Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to create impactful digital campaigns that drive business results.
Lead digital communication projects:
Manage all aspects of digital communication projects, including project planning, budget management, and execution.
Ensure that all digital communication projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed expectations.
