Requirements
An Honours Bachelor's Degree (Second Class Upper or above) in Marketing, Business Administration (Marketing Option), Public Relations, Communications, or a related field from a recognized institution.
A postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field will be an added advantage.
Applicants should possess a minimum of five (3) consecutive years of relevant working experience in Marketing, Business Development, Communications, or student recruitment, three (1) of which should have been at a senior or supervisory level in a reputable organization.
Experience in an educational institution will be an added advantage.
Age: 25 – 45 years

Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and student recruitment strategies.
2. Promote the Institute's academic programmes through digital and traditional marketing channels.
3. Manage and strengthen the Institute's brand identity and public image.
4. Coordinate advertising campaigns, exhibitions, career guidance activities, and education fairs.
5. Develop and manage the Institute's social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing campaigns.
6. Design and produce promotional materials including brochures, flyers, banners, newsletters, and multimedia content.
7. Establish and maintain partnerships with secondary schools, healthcare institutions, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improved market positioning.
