Description

The job role of Customer Service Representative is to respond to customer inquiry and providing effective and satisfactory feedback.


Fluent spekaing in Luganda is mandatory.


Responsibilities

1. Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls for the customer contact center


2. Interacting with customer on behalf of the company through phone calls and
email


3. Using telephone to reaching out to customer s and verify account information.


4. Providing accurate and timely information about company products and services


5. Resolving customer complaints via phone, email or social media


6. Assisting with placement of orders, refunds or exchange of items.


7. Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions;suggesting information about alternative products and services.


8. Opening customer accounts by recording account information and maintaining up to date customer records


9. Making timely calls to customer to inform of any response from insurance company


10. Interacting with branches to give feedback from respective clients and any referrals


11. Making follow-up calls to update on services or other resolutions offered


12. Any other duty assigned by the management from time to time
