Lead Generation & Appointment Setter (Sales) - Nairobi

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant focused on Real Estate to support a fast-growing real estate company located in Phoenix, Arizona.


The role focuses on outbound calls, lead follow-up, and scheduling appointments with prospective buyers and sellers from a warm database.

Location: On-site – Nairobi, Kenya

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST (equivalent to 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM Nairobi time) - Weekends off
Training: 1–2 weeks


Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outgoing calls daily (minimum 80 attempts).

  • Follow up on leads from CRM, PPC campaigns, and warm leads.

  • Schedule qualified appointments with buyers and sellers for the agent.

  • Build rapport, pre-qualify, and detect prospect motivation and timing.

  • Accurately record all information and updates in the CRM.

  • Assist in the preparation of CMAs (training provided).

  • Manage the agent's calendar (appointments, showings, follow-ups).

  • Perform simple social media tasks (posting, responding to inbox, basic engagement).
  • Coordinate schedules between clients, lenders, and team members.


Responsibilities
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year in sales, cross-selling, high-volume customer service, or similar commercial roles.

  • Comfortable handling objections and customer calls.

  • Excellent English (spoken and written).

  • Strong telephone presence and confidence when speaking with prospects.

  • Experience in cold calling, sales, or real estate (desirable).

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

  • CRM skills or willingness to learn quickly.

  • Stable internet connection and professional work environment.
