Responsibilities
Promote and reinforce organizational values, culture, and desired workplace behaviors.
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
Facilitate team activities, workshops, and programs that strengthen collaboration and morale.
Monitor employee engagement trends and identify opportunities for culture improvement.
Gather and provide culture and engagement insights to leadership teams.
Support onboarding activities to ensure effective cultural integration of new hires.
Identify engagement gaps, behavioral concerns, and improvement opportunities, escalating where necessary.
Maintain accurate records, trackers, reports, and documentation related to culture and engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with leaders and HR teams to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Support communication initiatives that enhance transparency, alignment, and team connectivity.
Track the effectiveness of engagement activities and recommend continuous improvement actions.
