Reporting to the Group CEO and Board of Directors, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting the CEO in the development of organization policies and goals that cover operations, personnel, financial performance, and growth of the functions and/or business units.
Key Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, PR and Communication, Finance, or any other related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage. Professional accounting qualification i.e., CPA-K or ACCA.
- MUST have prior experience working as a Brand/Marketing Manager or an Account Manager/Director at an agency.
- A minimum of 8-10 years cognate work experience with at least 4 years in a management role in a reputable and structured business
- Ability to network and form high-profile relationships with key people (government, regulatory bodies, and key customers).
- Experience in preparing company budgets.
- Exceptional leadership skills to motivate the entire company and lead by example
- Excellent communication and networking skills and interaction with other people from the corporate world.
