Description

The Recruiter is responsible for actively sourcing, screening, and engaging top caregiver talent. This role focuses on outbound recruiting, candidate outreach through multiple sourcing channels, phone interviews, and supporting the hiring process from initial contact to placement. The Recruiter plays a key role in building a strong and reliable talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound recruiting calls to source, screen, and attract caregiver candidates.
  • Respond to inbound referrals and employment inquiries, converting them into interviews.
  • Interview, screen, and assess candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support and participate in recruiting events and job fairs.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records in the system.
  • Assist the Staffing Coordinator with hiring process coordination.
  • Perform general administrative and recruiting support tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, telemarketing, or inside sales preferred.
  • Healthcare, caregiving, or medical recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to engage and convert candidates.
  • Excellent communication and phone skills with high energy and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and exercise sound judgment.
  • Familiarity with basic medical terminology preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer tools.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Fluency in English (read, write, speak, and understand)
