Nursing training and qualifications as Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse (KRCHN) /Kenya Registered Nurse (KRN) /Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
MUST have post basic training in Kenya in Midwifery
MUST be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya with a current licence.
Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience.

Patient Care:
- Assess, triage, and provide assistance during procedures, including deliveries, immunizations, and minor procedures as required.
- Maintain accurate medical records in the electronic medical records system (EMR) and ensure proper follow-up and reporting of complications.
Facility Management:
- Oversee emergency preparedness, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor supply usage and ensure adequate stock levels.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Foster effective communication with patients, families, and team members.
- Participate in clinic organization and handover processes, ensuring proper information transfer between shifts.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Compile and submit reports, maintain confidentiality, and analyze activity trends.
- Collect client feedback and promptly refer when necessary.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and reinforce clinic protocols, including adherence to Ilara Health protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support team members in achieving performance targets..
