Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a background in electrical or telecommunications to join our team in Lagos.
  • The ideal candidate should possess basic Project Management (PM) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) certificates.
  • Previous experience in the solar industry is not required.

Duties
Project Management:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports.

Technical Expertise:

  • Utilize technical knowledge in electrical or telecommunications to manage project requirements and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):

  • Implement and enforce HSE standards and practices across all project activities.
  • Conduct regular HSE audits and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to provide project updates and address issues.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Problem Solving and Risk Management:

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve project issues and conflicts promptly to ensure smooth project execution.
