  • A reputable retail pharmacy dedicated to providing high-quality pharmaceutical services and exceptional customer currently seeks a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as a supervisor/Administrative Officer.
  • This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy while upholding the highest standards of customer service and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise administrative staff, including pharmacy technicians and clerical personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the pharmacy administrative team, including scheduling, task assignment, and prioritization to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Monitor inventory levels of pharmaceuticals and supplies, place orders as needed, and ensure proper storage and organization of inventory to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to pharmacy management, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and performing other tasks as assigned.
