Responsibilities

Sales Volume:


  • Supervises sales reps. to achieve direct load out and redistribution of stock. to retail outlets within assigned Routes.
  • Supervises assigned sales reps. to deliver monthly secondary sales product, promo & NPD targets of assigned Routes.
  • Re-Distribution & Retail Development
  • Supervises assigned sales reps. to achieve effective coverage of retail outlets in assigned Routes.
  • Supervises sales reps. to establish, maintain and expand your outlet base by continually recruiting new outlets weekly.
  • Supervises sales reps. to effectively execute Sales Drivers (AVQPPP) in all covered outlets.
  • Supervises sales reps. to comply with our way of Working. Work for 6 days a week, adhere strictly to Permanent Journey/beat Plan (PJP), visit 40 outlets per day, 240 outlets per week, and achieve not less than 85% strike rate.
  • Supervises sales reps. to compulsorily use the SFA devices while in trade
  • Supervises sales reps. to record all invoice and payment transactions with distributors in both handbook & CRC, and ensure self & distributor’s staff append signature
  • Gather market intelligence and communicate verified competition activities to the office on time and in full.
  • Supervises sales reps. to account for all POS and promotional materials deployed to retail and wholesale outlets in your Routes.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and needs.

Stock Management:

  • Supervises sales reps. to monitor retailers’ stock and achieve zero incidence of product expiry.
  • Supervises sales reps. to ensure that FIFO principle is strictly adhered to in all customer’s outlets in your Routes.
  • To ensure that products are stored properly in approved warehouse/stores and at the right stack-level such that products are not exposed to elements that will jeopardize quality standards.
  • To keep up to date with products and competitors’ activities and report same to Line Manager promptly.
