The job controller will supervise and execute all jobs in collaboration with the Auto care/service team, partner garages, and Experts. He will be responsible for the supervision of all automobile engagements such as repairs, maintenance, and services carried out by all Jiffix Experts. Will manage all Jiffix Experts in liaison with the JAEL coordinator and manage Jiffix partner garages.
This is a hands-on, on-the-move, and extremely fast-paced position requiring the ideal candidate to have good problem solving, coordination, communication and management skills.
Responsibilities
The job controller will supervise and execute all jobs in collaboration with the Auto care/service team, partner garages, and Experts. He will be responsible for the supervision of all automobile engagements such as repairs, maintenance, and services carried out by all Jiffix Experts. Will manage all Jiffix Experts in liaison with the JAEL coordinator and manage Jiffix partner garages.

Oversee, assign, manage & supervise expert(s) on all assigned jobs.
Conduct, support & supervise all diagnosis, maintenance & repairs of vehicle automotive systems mobile jobs.
Take responsibility for the health, location, and status of all vehicles from point of repair to point of delivery.
Assign experts to conduct jobs based on the needs & requirements of the job.
Develop & prepare inspections and post-repair reports to be promptly sent to the service advisor.
Guide experts on communication & standards for completing jobs based on global standards and Jiffix work categories.
Conduct onboarding for experts & partner garages.
Ensure the quality level of the finished jobs meets the customer’s expectations & global job standards.
Pick up & drop off customer cars; move cars between service centers. • Supervise & conduct routine inspections on partner garages.
Conduct quality tests on all completed jobs
Develop & prepare routine reports, and monthly reports and ensure readiness for quality checks from partners and other purposes.
Participate in & facilitate monthly training & seminars for experts & technicians.
Maintain & ensure optimal communication flow across the service team (Service Advisor, Quality Control, Procurement/Logistics) and Experts on all jobs & team-related activities.
Contribute & participate in strategic planning & development for the organization.
Requirements/Qualification;
A Higher Diploma or Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related courses.
At least (3+) years proved experience & knowledge in automotive maintenance & management.
Must have background experience as a mechanic or auto technician.
Demonstrated leadership, project management, facilitation, & problem-solving skills.
Ability to drive (cars & motorcycles) and must possess a valid driver’s license.
Excellent communication, both verbal & written, coordination, & time management skills.
Great meticulousness, Must pay attention to detail always.
Must be a good team player, fast, precise & reliable.
