Description
We are a modern business support operation. We are looking for professional, articulate, and proactive individuals to join our team as Customer Support Specialists. You will be responsible for handling business enquiries via phone and digital channels, ensuring a premium experience for our clients. We value clarity, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
Hours & Location:
Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday – Friday) with some Saturday mornings.
Location: Kilimani
Requirements:
Digital Proficiency: Must be comfortable using laptops and navigating modern software/CRM tools for data input.
Experience: Experience in phone support is preferred but not necessary—we value communication skills and attitude above all else.
Language: High-level English proficiency is a must, with a professional telephone manner.
Reliability: Must be punctual, reliable, and professionally presented.
Terms:
Contract Arrangement: Independent Contractor (Self-Employed).
Invoicing: Monthly invoicing using your KRA PIN. We provide a full "Fact Sheet" to assist you with setting this up easily (including guidance on simple eTIMS-compliant invoicing).
Responsibilities
The Role:
Provide superior phone support for professional business enquiries (incoming and outgoing calls).
Accurate data entry and real-time updates using modern business software.
Maintain a professional, empathetic, and confident tone on every interaction.
Work in a collaborative environment with a focus on quality.
Full onboarding and workflow training will be provided.
