Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales management or territory sales leadership.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing sales representatives and distributor networks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/SFA systems.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment.


Responsibilities
  • Execute territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate sales representatives to deliver strong field performance.
  • Build and maintain sustainable customer and distributor relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor activity, customer trends, and market developments.
  • Drive disciplined use of Sales Force Automation (SFA) for reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and customer service excellence.
  • Drive compliance with company policies, governance standards, and quality systems.
