Description

Candidates should meet at least 6 of the following requirements:

  • Prior experience in voice-based customer support at a call center or a BPO.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong empathy and the ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Experience with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Familiarity with IoT
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent record-keeping and follow-up skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of music trends and streaming platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music)
  • Fast learner, well-organized, and able to multitask efficiently

Nice to Have

  • Experience with audio hardware (speakers, PA systems, amplifiers, etc.)
  • Background in sales
  • Comfort with reading scripts, technical instructions, or basic code


Responsibilities
  • Handle customer interactions and support inquiries via voice channels
  • Support sales efforts by engaging customers and identifying opportunities
  • Assist with troubleshooting or guiding clients on audio and streaming solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in internal systems
  • Provide professional and polite responses at all times
  • Ensure proper monitoring, maintenance tracking, and oversight of client accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related issues
