The Branch Manager provides overall leadership and strategic direction for branch operations to drive sales growth, excellent customer service, and efficient operations. Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in branch operations, sales management, or business development
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and lead high-performing teams
- Strong operational, financial accountability, and customer relationship management skills
