Key Requirements

1. Academic: Candidates must possess a Doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in the relevant field from a recognised institution.
   
2. Background: Must also possess a good first degree (Bachelor's) and a Master's degree in the relevant discipline.
   
3. Experience: At least six (6) years of teaching and research experience in a university.
   
4. Research & Publications: Candidates must demonstrate a strong record of scholarly publications in high-impact national and international journals, as well as the ability to provide academic leadership.
   
5. General: Applicants must be aged 18 to 50 and possess a valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
