Description
This is a fast-paced and challenging role designed for a professional who can think and react quickly while maintaining a high level of dedication to client service. As a Payroll Associate, you will be the engine behind the accurate processing and recording of client payrolls, acting as a subject matter expert who balances technical precision with empathetic customer care. We are looking for someone who thrives in a high-demand environment and is committed to delivering accountability and expert support throughout the entire payroll lifecycle.


Responsibilities
  • Payroll Lifecycle Management: Schedule and manage multiple client payrolls from beginning to end, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in full compliance.
  • Taxation & Garnishments: Apply proper payroll taxation and calculate complex wage garnishments, including child support orders and tax levies.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Process accurate quarter-end and year-end reporting while providing Ad Hoc reports to meet specific client needs.
  • Client Relations & Support: Act as the primary point of contact to resolve questions regarding payroll systems, answer inquiries, and manage specific client projects.
  • Workflow Optimization: Coordinate time and attendance and payroll processing across multiple environments, ensuring the highest level of follow-through and customer service.
