We are looking for motivated and results-driven Property Advisor (Sales Executive) to join our real estate team.


The role involves sale and marketing of the real estate projects, assisting clients in buying and selling. The ideal candidates should have strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Sale and marketing of real estate projects.
  • Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and cold calling.
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their property needs and investment goals.
  • Present and promote real estate properties to prospective buyers.
  • Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients.
  • Provide accurate information about property features, pricing, payment plans, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintain proper records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
