Person Specification

  • BSc in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing (KRCHN).
  • A valid Nursing License from NCK
  • Updated certification in BLS, ACLS.
  • 2+ years’ experience working in a busy environment.
  • Customer focus and results oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team playing abilities, and communication skills.
  • Highly responsive, ethical and responsible


Responsibilities
  • Work with the Clinical team to navigate patients through the treatment journey to help address underlying medical conditions, and provide treatment as per plan.
  • Ensure all nursing protocols have been administered as per the set-out policies and guidelines, recording and reporting all sentinel incidents/events within 24 hours using the provided tools.
  • Constantly Monitor, assess and chart a patient's condition and response to treatment and medication, including the patients' physical and psycho-social status, and adjust treatment accordingly.
  • Ensure proper and effective drug administration and management as per policy and procedures.
  • Actively participate in patient admission, receive handover reports from the outgoing nurse on shift, while ensuring all the relevant consultants have explained procedures and have obtained consent.
  • Effectively and confidentially manage patient data and records.
