  • Under general direction, make sales calls and provide technical support to customers in a defined territory.
  • Prepares for and facilitates sales calls and documents outcomes.
  • Draws on knowledge of products and their capabilities to identify and troubleshoot/resolve basic customer issues independently.
  • May need to escalate / involve more senior team members for complex customer issues.
  • Provides feedback/insight on customer needs, competitors, technology, and other pertinent issues via CRM system/process.
  • Bachelors degree and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point is required.
  • No previous work experience required.
  • Job requires travel up to 70% of the time.
