About the Company

Cliniva is a fast-growing, community-based women’s healthcare platform in Africa, starting in Kenya. We combine neighborhood mini-clinics with telemedicine to deliver high-quality, accessible, and affordable care to women and their families. Our mission is to transform primary healthcare for millions of women across the continent.

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue generation and achieve and exceed sales goals by providing basic health screening and advice to clients in the communities around one of our clinics.

  • Drive new client acquisition with the goal of meeting and exceeding set targets.

  • Rapidly gain an in-depth understanding of our product and value proposition, as well as the market and competitive landscape to effectively communicate how our solutions can benefit potential clients.

  • Participate in sales meetings and training to continually improve selling skills and product knowledge.

  • Track sales performance and submit daily reports on sales activities, including lead generation and conversion rates.

  • Work closely with the Cliniva leadership to implement effective sales strategies that align with business goals.

  • Stay updated on competitor offerings and latest trends in women’s healthcare.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a B2C sales role.

  • Exceptional sales performance history with consistent meeting and exceeding quota.

  • Demonstrated ability to work within teams.

  • Relationship-building skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.

  • High-energy, team-first attitude: you’re motivated to work collaboratively in a fast- paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
