Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, graphic design, and website administration.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, HTML, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign management, and content development.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and organisational skills.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects effectively.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
  • Create high-quality digital content including graphics, videos, photography, articles, and promotional materials.
  • Manage and grow online communities through active audience engagement and timely responses.
  • Design layouts and communication materials for websites, social media, advertisements, and other marketing platforms.
  • Manage website updates, digital campaigns, and online advertising initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, website traffic, engagement metrics, and provide regular reports.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to develop and optimise promotional content.
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and visual presentation across all platforms.
  • Monitor online discussions and professionally manage customer feedback and brand reputation.
