The role requires an energetic, hands-on leader with experience in a sports bar, gastropub, or high-volume casual dining venue to oversee match-day operations, develop a diverse team, and manage inventory, stock controls, and budgets. The successful candidate will work closely with Tamarind’s marketing team to deliver match days, promotions, and community events that reflect the company's standards of excellence and authentic hospitality.
