Requirements:

- Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN or ACCA).

- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience in a reputable organization (FMCG/retail/manufacturing preferred).

- Strong knowledge of IFRS and general accounting principles.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Integrity, professionalism, and strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and other ledger reconciliations.

- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Maintain proper documentation for audits and support external auditors.

- Monitor compliance with internal controls, policies, and statutory requirements.

- Assist in inventory accounting, cost tracking, and fixed asset management.

- Provide timely financial insights to support management decision-making.

- Participate in process improvement initiatives within the finance department.
