  • Ensure facilities meet needs of multiple individual projects & monitor facility usage, operations, and equipment maintenance.
  • Prepare and implement annual budget for building use and facility maintenance
  • Develop schedule for regular evaluation of facilities & develop and execute system for regular cleaning, repair, and maintenance of facilities.
  • Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, and cleaning, catering, technology and so on.
  • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds, and security
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
  • Responsible for overseeing building projects, renovations, or refurbishments.
