Job Title: Junior Operations Supervisor

Location: Nairobi, Kenya


Work Type: Full-Time


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Kenya Time)

About the Role

Solvo Global is looking for a Junior Operations Supervisor to lead and support a team of customer service representatives. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality service delivery, meeting performance goals, and maintaining strong team engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of agents to achieve performance targets
  • Monitor team productivity, attendance, and quality standards
  • Provide coaching, training, and regular feedback
  • Handle team issues, conflicts, and escalations
  • Ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
