Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in reservations for a safari tour company and tour operations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with booking systems.
  • Attention to deatail, multitasking ability, and customer-first approach. Knowledge of East Africa destinations is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Support in processing and confirming flights reservations, hotels, and activities. Liaise with hotels, airlines, and service providers to ensure availability and smooth delivery.
  • Assist in issuing hotel vouchers, itineraries, quotations, invoices, and booking confirmations to sales team.
  • Assist the sales team in creating itineraries based on client needs.
  • Address booking changes, cancellations, special requests, and emergency support.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to align bookings with company processes.
  • Assit in keeping up-to-date digital and physical files for all reservations and related documents.
  • Monitor service standards, gather feedback, and help improve the process.
