We are looking for a highly qualified Project Manager to spearhead our digitization projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Project Management, Business Studies, IT, or a related field, along with a project management certification. Previous experience in digitization or related IT projects is advantageous.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing projects through their entire life cycle, coupled with excellent leadership and client-facing communication skills. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking skills are essential for this role. Additionally, the candidate must possess solid organizational skills and the ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools is required, along with a deep understanding of digitization procedures, workflows, and standards. The ability to demonstrate initiative, remain self-motivated, and handle confidential matters with sensitivity are also key attributes we seek in potential candidates.
