The purpose of this role is to provide efficient customer service and operational support across the Order-to-Cash process, ensuring accurate order processing, effective customer communication, timely issue resolution, and high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting overall business operations and service delivery targets.


Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

  • University Graduate
  • Previous experience in Customer Service
  • Fluency and Proficiency in English & Kiswahili

Responsibilities
  • Telephony (Customer Communication)
  • Customer Order to Cash Process (Local & Exports)
  • Retail Order Pre-Planning (MPP/CSR)
  • Ve Serve support
  • Retail Automation & Consignment Stocking
  • Maintenance of Customer Sites (Retail, Commercial & Lubes)
  • Customer Master Data Management (MRD/MDG)
  • Customer Complaints & Feedback Management (CSI)
  • Card Centre & Customer Support
  • Helpdesk, Business Support & Records
  • Special Support to Key Customers
  • Other duties and Support as requested.
