Home Care Scheduler – Solvo Global
Location: Royal Offices, Nairobi, Kenya
Experience Level: Mid-Senior
Position Type: Full-Time
In this critical role, you will be the "primary architect of care," responsible for creating and maintaining the complex puzzle of schedules that connect our clients with dedicated caregivers. Your work directly impacts the quality of life for families by ensuring the right match is made based on location, clinical needs, and personality.
Work Schedule * Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Off Days: Wednesday and Thursday.
Shift: Kenyan Time (includes participation in required on-call rotations).
Location: Royal Offices, Nairobi.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Coordination: Manage day-to-day schedules for a diverse pool of caregivers and clients, optimizing utilization and minimizing gaps.
Precision Matching: Analyze client requirements (services, personality, preferences) against caregiver skills and availability to create perfect pairings.
Liaison & Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for caregivers and clients, delivering diplomatic and effective communication under pressure.
Administrative Excellence: Maintain meticulous records within Electronic Health Records (EHR) and internal management software.
Compliance & Quality: Ensure all scheduling practices adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Adaptive Problem Solving: Proactively address logistical hurdles, cancellations, and last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment.
What We Are Looking For * Experience: At least 2 years in high-volume scheduling, dispatch, or logistics (Healthcare, Home Care, or staffing industry experience is highly preferred).
Technical Savvy: Demonstrated proficiency with scheduling software and EHR platforms.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills (Native-level fluency: 9.0 – 10.0 scale).
Critical Thinking: Ability to manage multiple variables and solve complex logistical problems independently.
Reliability: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to punctual attendance and on-call rotations.
