Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Customer Ser- vice, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in retail, electrical, or solar products.
- Basic knowledge of solar products and clean energy solutions is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Competency in cash handling, POS systems, and basic bookkeeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Swahili.
- Smart, presentable, and professional appearance.
- Honesty and high personal integrity - non-negotiable.
