Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  
• Experience in test automation for web, API, and backend systems
  

• Proficiency in at least one automation tool or language such as:
  

  • Selenium, Playwright, Cypress
    
  • Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript
    
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured)
  
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  
• Familiarity with SQL and database validation
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and work independently
  

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts
  
• Execute functional, regression, API, backend, and end-to-end testing
  
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support release quality gates
  
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement shift-left testing practices
  
• Perform API, database, and system integration validation
  
• Investigate defects, conduct root cause analysis, and validate fixes
  
• Support testing across cloud-based and containerized environments
  
• Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and automation strategy
  
• Leverage modern tools, including AI-assisted testing solutions, to enhance quality processes
