Salary

Description

Location: Royal Offices, Mogotio Road, Westlands, Nairobi

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST (7:00 AM–5:30 PM or 8:00 AM–6:30 PM | 30-min lunch + 2 breaks)

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Scheduler

  • Experiencie in Home Health, Health Care, Scheduling or recruiting.

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology

  • Fluent in English C1+

  • Experience with caregiving or CNA/PCA experience is a plus



Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and ensure coverage of caregiver shifts

  • Coordinate daily caregiver activities

  • Handle a high volume of calls and text messages professionally

  • Maintain accurate records and update Google Sheets and CRM systems

  • Communicate regularly with caregivers to confirm availability

  • Support general office and administrative tasks
