Qualifications
- RN / RM with NMCN registration and ward-management experience
- Current registration with the applicable Nigerian regulatory body, where required
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality clinical care within the Nursing & Midwifery service
Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds and case conferences
Mentor junior staff and contribute to teaching programmes
Uphold clinical governance, documentation, and patient safety standards
Support quality improvement and audit initiatives
- Collaborate with allied specialties to ensure seamless patient pathways
