Requirements

  1. Own and manage the 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS or tech)
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing quota-driven environments
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills
  4. Strong industry knowledge (ERP, non-profit, enterprise, or relevant sector) and an existing network of contacts/decision-makers
  5. Experience selling ERPsolutions to businesses, NGOs, or enterprise clients is a strong advantage
  6. Data-driven mindset with experience in pipeline management and forecasting
  7. Excellent communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
  1. Own and manage the full sales cycle (prospecting → demo → negotiation → closing)
  2. Convert qualified leads into paying customers
  3. Conduct product demos tailored to businesses and non-profit organisations
  4. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  5. Develop proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
  6. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM tools
