Core Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in SEO, preferably within fintech, finance, or digital platforms
- Above-average proficiency in WordPress, including blog management and content publishing
- Hands-on experience with Yoast SEO (or similar plugins) and on-page optimization techniques
- Strong experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console
- Solid to advanced understanding of technical SEO and website performance optimization
Responsibilities
Search Strategy:
Apply above-average expertise in keyword research and intent mapping to identify high-value opportunities across financial education, investments, and product discovery.
Content, Blog & On-Page SEO (WordPress):
You will be expected to go beyond basic content uploads by actively managing and optimizing blog content within WordPress.
This includes:
- Structuring and publishing blog posts
- Optimizing content using Yoast SEO (or similar tools)
- Ensuring proper use of keywords, meta tags, internal linking, and readability
- Continuously improving existing content for better ranking and engagement

General WordPress SEO Optimization:
Demonstrate above-average WordPress proficiency, ensuring pages, blogs, and landing content are fully optimized for search performance.
You will be expected to deliver more than basic CMS management, ensuring SEO best practices are consistently applied across the site.
Technical SEO:
Bring strong technical SEO capability to conduct audits, resolve crawl issues, and improve site structure, indexing, and performance using tools like Google Search Console and Sitebulb.
Local SEO & Localization:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of regional search behavior, optimizing content for location-based searches and adapting messaging to local audiences.
Authority Building & Content Distribution:
Go beyond standard link-building by executing backlink strategies and leveraging blog content across social media channels to improve reach, engagement, and domain authority.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
Apply analytical thinking beyond basic reporting, tracking SEO performance, interpreting trends, and continuously refining strategies based on insights and algorithm updates.
