🔍 Pipeline Builder // TALENT ACQUISITION SOURCER
We’re looking for a Pipeline Builder to proactively source and engage talent, building strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search
- Build and manage talent pipelines for high-demand roles
- Conduct initial candidate screenings
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on target profiles
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition
- Proven ability to build talent pipelines independently
- Strong sourcing and passive outreach skills
- Experience with ATS and sourcing tools
- Advanced expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search (required)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
