Selection Criteria:

Applicants should

1. Earned PhD in a relevant area from an accredited and recognized university, or a Master's degree for specific fields (Medicine, Clinical Medicine, Engineering, Software Engineering).
   
   
2. Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience as a Lecturer or 6 years in industry.
   
3. At least 32 publication points, with 16 from credible refereed journal articles or equivalent scholarly outputs since becoming a Lecturer.
   
4. Supervised at least 3 postgraduate students to completion since becoming a Lecturer, or for specific fields, 1 postgraduate student to completion and 2 in progress at the proposal defense stage.
   
5. Registered with a relevant professional body (if applicable) and in good standing.
   
6. Evidence of active community outreach/engagement.
   
7. Possesses relevant knowledge, skills, and competencies.
