Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree/Diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales either in a Health Food Store, retail pharmacy, or supplement industry.
  • Strong knowledge of vitamins, nutraceuticals, and bodybuilding supplements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on vitamins, supplements, and sports nutrition products to clients.
  • Engage clients with personalized consultations to meet their health and fitness goals.
  • Lead the team towards achieving category sales targets by optimizing product mix, tracking performance, and implementing sales strategies. Promote and upsell products through evidence based recommendations.
  • Oversee inventory management: monitor stock levels, ensure accurate product placement, and support merchandising and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage stocks effectively, with a focus on identifying, reducing, and preventing dead stock through proactive planning and rotation strategies.
  • Conduct staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness and FEFO management of products
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nutrition trends, bodybuilding supplements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
