We are looking for a Regional head of sales and distribution for two regions : Nairobi and Mombasa for a renowned company in FMCG industry. Following are the requirements :

- Atleast 10+ years experience of sales and distribution in general trade specifically in FMCG background.

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Sales & marketing or related field

- Well conversant with the culture of coast for the Mombasa region.


Responsibilities

We are looking for a Regional head of sales and distribution for two regions : Nairobi and Mombasa for a renowned company in FMCG industry. Following are the requirements :

- Atleast 10+ years experience of sales and distribution in general trade specifically in FMCG background.

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Sales & marketing or related field

- Well conversant with the culture of coast for the Mombasa region.


Roles & responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the attainment of overall Sales targets for the region (Category wise / product mix wise)

  • Responsible for continuous acquisition of new customers and

    maintaining of good commercial relationship in the assigned Market

    area and revenue growth management.

  • Responsible for managing short expiries stocks at the assigned

    region and ensuring no returns for short expiries through proactive

    initiatives such as market storming and other direct customer

    experience activations.

  • Responsible for products visibility and availability in assigned

    region. Ensure the product is merchandised in the right place in-

    store that the brand is in stock and in the right pack size.

  • Responsible for Gathering Market Intelligence through various

    resources.

  • Responsible for ensuring timely Collection from the market in the

    assigned region.

  • Responsible for preparing and implementing growth strategies in

    the assigned region.

  • Responsible for managing, training, coaching, and growing your

    team members.
