  • Execute Airtel Showroom/ Franchise Strategy and ensure alignment with the overall Retail strategy of acquiring quality subscribers, profitability and delivery of exceptional customer experience.
  • Support management of Showroom/ Franchise operations and performance whilst ensuring adherence to quality standards, policies and processes.

Responsibilities
Business Planning & Strategy:

  • Manage Airtel Showroom/ Franchise rollout using scientific approach to ensure deployment that sustains ROI.
  • Support Management of integration of the Airtel Showroom/ Franchise strategy with the overall Retail Strategy.
  • Support in defining and implementing the strategy for efficient sales operation at all Airtel Showroom/ Franchise touch points.
  • Provide Prepare analysis, budget, business case and motivation necessary for strategy implementation.

Governance and standard:

  • Support design Retail Franchise processes and procedure.
  • Drive franchise consistency in Look and feel with owned shop.
  • Design, regular review and implement Retail Shop & Franchise segmentation and classification.
  • Support effectively drive and manage governance across retail footprint.
  • Support regional teams.

Performance Management:

  • Engage regional teams based on insight in development of initiatives to drive Airtel Showroom/ Franchise KPIs.
  • Monitor ERC growth in channel sales and develop initiatives to drive uptake.
  • Monitor the performance of the Airtel Showroom/ Franchise & evaluate the profitability of the store.
  • Develop mechanism for monitoring Franchise sustainability and identify risk to Franchises.

Projects, People and Process Management to achieve set target:

  • Optimize operating costs to ensure ROI.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to approved policies and procedures governing all transactions in Airtel Showroom/ Franchise.
  • Support in Facilitation & coordination of the Franchisees selection process to ensure it is in line with the defined procedures.
  • Report writing.

Project Management:

  • Support Project Plans for Airtel Showroom/ Franchise roll out.
  • Support in Coordination & alignment of Regional Retail in projects.
  • Follow up projects to ensure completion as per timelines and within cost.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Ensure cross functional alignment – IT, Network, HR, Finance, SCM, Sales on all retail projects.
  • Report writing, raising awareness of market trends, customer needs and competitor initiatives and devise strategies to optimally utilize market opportunities within the Airtel Showroom/ Franchise space.
  • Advise the owner operator on the varied issues that affect Franchise operations, performance and profitability.
  • Manage and ensure timely issuance of PO to the Agency managing agent.
