To manage all customer-facing interactions and job intake processes, ensuring every vehicle enters the workshop with clear documentation, approvals, and expectations — without giving technical advice or quotations.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Reception & Communication

  • Greet customers professionally on arrival

  • Answer calls on the official workshop number.

  • Manage WhatsApp Business messages.

  • Schedule drop-offs and collections

  • Redirect customers politely to workshop processes

2. Job Intake & Documentation

  • Open job cards.

  • Record customer complaints exactly as stated.

  • Capture:

    • vehicle details

    • mileage

    • fuel level

    • visible damage

  • Take clear photos & videos at intake

  • Explain the approval process.

3. Internal Coordination

  • Update job status in the system.

  • Notify management when approvals are received.

  • Ensure no work starts without written approval.

  • Coordinate between customer, manager, and foreman

4. Professional Standards

  • Maintain confidentiality

  • Keep the front desk organized and calm

  • Follow SOPs strictly

  • No informal promises to customers.
