Business Intelligence & MIS
- Design,
develop, and maintain BI dashboards and MIS reports for management. - Collect,
analyze, and interpret data from various business functions. - Automate
reports and improve reporting efficiency. - Ensure
timely distribution of daily, weekly, monthly, and management reports. - Monitor
data quality, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems. - Support
strategic planning through data-driven insights and performance analysis.
ERP Administration
- Administer
and support Tally ERP and other business systems. - Manage
master data, user access, report customization, and system improvements. - Coordinate
ERP upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules. - Troubleshoot
ERP-related issues and liaise with software vendors where necessary.
