Dynamometer Operator

The successful candidate will be responsible for directing
the day-to-day maintenance operations and overseeing maintenance technicians.
This role includes supervising a team, ensuring maintenance protocols are
followed and troubleshooting when necessary while ensuring all maintenance
equipment functions efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Supervising
and leading a team of maintenance technicians.

Planning,
prioritizing, assigning, supervising, reviewing and participating in all tasks
related to facility maintenance.

Develop
and implement maintenance schedules.

·
Troubleshoot
and resolve maintenance issues promptly.

·
Coordinate
with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

·
Prepare
reports and keep records on maintenance system performance.

·
Train
and mentor team members on best practices and new technologies.

·
Responsibly
handling emergency situations or after-hours calls for repair and maintenance.

·
Taking
part in developing maintenance policies and standards for the organization.

·
Maintaining
preventive maintenance standards for an organization’s facilities and equipment.
