Job Summary :


We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer with 2+ years of experience in

identify the requirement for industrial refrigeration and refrigeration compressors, refrigeration

solutions, and after-sales services to key industrial customers across target sectors. This role

combines field sales, technical understanding, customer relationships, territory management,

and sales target achievement.


Responsibilities

1. Key Responsibilities :


A. Sales & Business Development

a. Build the pipeline of customers from different industries –

i. Cold Chain and Food Processing units like frozen foods, meat/seafood processing,

dairy, horticulture exports (flowers, fruits), and growing cold storage

ii. Beverage and Brewing

iii. Ice Production and distibution

iv. Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare

v. Infrastructure and large facilities like Airport, Hospitals, Malls etc.

vi. Agro Export and Horticulture

b. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and drive new business opportunities within your

assigned territory.

c. Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to customers.

d. Prepare and submit quotes, proposals, and sales contracts tailored to customer needs.

e. Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to close deals and achieve sales targets.

f. Timely collection of payments after every implementation/ installations

B. Customer & Market Engagement

a. Build strong relationships with industrial clients, consultants, contractors, and end users

b. Act as the primary contact for product inquiries, technical clarifications, and service queries.

c. Gather and share market and competitor insights to help refine sales strategy.

C. Reporting & Administration

a. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.

b. Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to management.

c. Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat

business.

D. Target Achievement

a. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

b. Drive sales growth in existing accounts and secure long-term contracts for MYCOM products

and services.


2. Qualifications & Experience

A. Education

a. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering,

or related field.

B. Experience

a. 2–3 years in technical sales, industrial sales, or B2B sales with a proven track record.

b. Has got directo connect/ contacts with the owners or decision makers

c. Experience selling industrial equipment (compressors, HVAC/R, pumps, engineering

products) is an advantage.


3. Skills

a. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

b. Ability to explain technical products to non-technical customers.

c. Good business sense and commercial acumen.

d. Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools.

5. Personal Traits

e. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.

f. Should have integrity and honesty

g. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with teams.

h. Willingness to travel locally and regionally.
